These terms govern your use of Craig's Unique Frames and any in-stock or custom-frame order you place with us. By contacting us or placing an order, you agree to the points below.

One-of-a-kind work

Every frame is handcrafted from natural wood, so no two pieces are identical. Grain, colour, shape, and live-edge character vary from piece to piece — this is what makes each frame unique. Photos on the site are representative; your frame will have its own character. If a specific look matters to you, let Craig know when you order.

Custom orders

Custom frames are built to your requested size and wood preference. Because each piece is made to order, please confirm dimensions and details carefully before work begins. Pricing reflects the time, glass size, and the wood involved, and is agreed with you before your frame is built.

Shipping

Frames are carefully packed to protect the glass and wood in transit. Shipping costs and times depend on your location and the frame size; these are confirmed with you when your order is placed. We ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Returns

If a frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right. Because custom frames are built to your specifications, custom orders are non-returnable except in the case of shipping damage or a clear error on our part.
